The RE100-S Digital Rotary Evaporator is a high-efficiency laboratory instrument designed for solvent evaporation, concentration, and distillation processes. It is widely used in chemical industries, pharmaceutical laboratories, and research institutions for reliable and controlled evaporation applications.
This model is equipped with a 5L heating bath offering a wide temperature range from room temperature to 180°C. The heating system supports independent operation, allowing the bath to be used separately when required. Users can easily switch between water and oil heating modes through a simple control switch.
The system ensures high precision temperature control using PID technology, delivering accuracy up to ±1°C (water). For safety, it includes overheating protection at 220°C and a boil-dry protection system that automatically shuts off heating when no liquid is present.
The RE100-S features a speed range of 20–200 rpm with clockwise and counterclockwise interval rotation, making it suitable for drying and evaporation applications. A brushless DC motor ensures smooth, stable, and low-noise operation.
Its manual lift system combined with an auxiliary lift allows precise adjustment of glassware positioning for improved operational control. The patented condenser (1200–1700 cm² cooling surface) provides efficient cooling and faster condensation.
A PTFE double spring sealing system ensures excellent vacuum sealing and strong chemical resistance. The flask ejection mechanism allows safe and easy glassware handling. It is fully compatible with RE100-Pro glassware and also supports optional explosion-proof coated glass setups.
