The STRIKE Univ Rotary Evaporator is a high-performance laboratory distillation system designed for efficient solvent evaporation in chemical, pharmaceutical, and research applications. It is engineered to deliver precise control, safety, and flexibility for advanced laboratory workflows.
This system is available with two condenser configurations: diagonal condenser and vertical condenser (steam rising design), allowing users to select based on application requirements. It also supports plastic-coated safety glassware for both condenser and receiving flask, improving durability and safety during operation.
The evaporator offers a large condensing area of 1500 cm² (standard) with an optional upgrade to 2000 cm² for enhanced cooling efficiency. It supports a wide range of evaporation flask sizes from 50 ml up to 2000 ml, and receiving flasks from 250 ml to 2000 ml, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale laboratory processes.
Equipped with a DC motor, the system provides a smooth rotation speed range of 20–300 rpm. The electric lifting system ensures safe operation by automatically lifting the evaporation flask out of the heating bath in case of power failure. The stroke is 130 mm and can be adjusted or stopped at any position for precise control.
The heating bath offers a temperature range up to 180°C with 1400W heating power and 0.1°C resolution. It has a 5L pear-shaped PTFE-coated aluminum bath for efficient and uniform heating.
Optional features include a vacuum controller (ST280), vapor temperature sensor, and cooling temperature sensor for advanced process monitoring. The system supports vacuum operation from 1 to 1014 mbar, depending on pump performance, and includes RS232 interface for firmware updates.
