The RE100-Pro Digital Rotary Evaporator is a high-performance laboratory instrument widely used in chemical industries, pharmaceutical research, and higher education institutions for efficient solvent evaporation and distillation processes.
It features a clear digital LCD display that shows both rotation speed and heating temperature, allowing precise control over evaporation conditions. The device is equipped with a brushless DC motor that ensures stable and quiet operation with a speed range of 20–280 rpm, along with clockwise and counterclockwise interval operation for drying applications.
For safety and reliability, the system includes automatic motor lift functionality, which raises the evaporating flask to a safe position in case of power failure. It also features overheating protection (cut-off at 220°C) and boil-dry protection that automatically shuts off heating when no liquid is detected in the bath.
The RE100-Pro comes with a 5L heating bath supporting both water and oil heating modes, switchable via a simple control. The temperature range extends from room temperature to 180°C with high stability. A patented condenser with a 1700 cm² cooling surface ensures efficient condensation and improved performance.
The unit includes a patented PTFE double spring sealing ring for excellent chemical resistance and vacuum sealing. An easy ejection mechanism allows quick and safe removal of evaporating flasks. Optional explosion-proof coated glassware is also available for enhanced safety.
